Bushlife Conservancy is their funding partner, which is based in the USA, and Bushlife Support Unit is their boots on the ground anti-poaching team. Over the last year, their focus has been on collaring the iconic elephants, and the Large Carnivore Project with Zimparks which also involves collaring. The Bushlife Painted Wolf Conservancy is a branch of Bushlife Support Unit Trust and specialises in the research and conservation of the African Wild Dog. Nick Murray was the lead guide for the Painted Wolf episode of the global BBC Earth Dynasties series narrated by Sir David Attenborough, which brought much-needed attention to the plight of this endangered species.
