Situated deep in the national park on the ephemeral Luwi River, Time + Tide Luwi is wonderfully remote, with no other camps or people for miles around.
Tranquillity envelops this camp, creating a wilderness haven that allows guests to reconnect with nature in a meaningful way.
Nestled under huge mahogany trees on the banks of a permanent lagoon in the heart of the National Park. Approximately two and a half hour’s road transfer from Mfuwe Airport.
Access into Mfuwe Airport is either via scheduled flight from Lusaka on Proflight, direct flight from Jeki or Royal during the peak season or via scheduled flight on Ulendo Air from Lilongwe. Charter flights can also be organised.
5 chalets that are made of grass and thatch with polished mud floors
Each room is designed differently utilizing trees and natural vegetation wherever possible. Room features include:

A walking safari can be done from Luwi to Nsolo Camp

Time + Tide support various community projects with the main areas of focus on female empowerment, home based education, student sponsorship, wildlife conservation and health and hygiene. They support Kapani school.
